Rybinski Engineering is seeking an Administrative Manager in a full-time capacity to be responsible for assisting the Principal and Business Line Manager(s) with the administrative vitality of the company. This position plays a major role in all administrative aspects of running a profitable engineering consulting business. The workload is diverse, ranging from fundamental functions that keep the business operational (licensing, certification, time and expense reporting, invoicing, project administration) to a myriad of functions that strengthen Rybinski Engineering’s brand, efficiency, productivity, quality of service to clients and quality of life for employees. The position requires frequent coordination and contact internally with managers and engineers to facilitate company vision, goals and day-to-day activities, as well as externally to provide a liaison to the company’s experts (accounting, IT, legal and marketing) and resources (state and federal agencies, industry groups). The position requires initiative and ability to work independently to plan administrative work, coordinate with others effectively, and ensure completion of administrative functions ahead of administrative due dates. Responsibilities include automation of processes to optimize efficiency and quality. The position will serve as Project Manager for internal company projects such as evaluating return on investment of new software or service solutions.
